Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once per track and keep using it for as long as your videos are online. There is no subscription, no renewal and no account to keep.
Can I monetise videos that use this music?
Yes. Ads, sponsorships, memberships and brand deals are all covered on every platform in the licence, for as long as the video is up.
Will my video get a copyright claim?
We never register our tracks with Content ID or any fingerprinting service. If an automated claim ever appears, email us the video link and your order number and we will get it released.
How do I get my files?
Straight after checkout you get an email with a download link for the track's MP3, plus a receipt that is your proof of purchase. The receipt links to your order page, where you can download it again with the email you paid with.
The email didn't arrive. What now?
Check spam and promotions first. Then open the order link in your receipt email. Still nothing? Write to support@soundcraft.online with your order number and we will resend it.
Can I use a track in work for a client?
Yes, for one end client per licence. The client can publish the finished video on their own channels. Buy a second licence for a second client.
Do I have to credit you?
No, credit is never required. A "Music: Soundcraft" line in your description is always appreciated.
What file do I get?
The full track as a high-quality MP3, ready to drop into any editor. Loop or trim it however your edit needs.
Why do the previews have a chime in them?
Previews are 45-second excerpts with a soft chime every 15 seconds, so they can't be lifted into a video. The track you buy has no chime and plays in full.
How can I pay?
Cards, wallets and local payment methods, through a secure checkout. Tax is worked out for your country at checkout.
What if a track doesn't fit my project?
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, no questions asked.
